I'm Vince - the man behind the mission here at ROHO Building Company. My passion for building began while remodeling my family's cabin twenty years ago, and after a successful career in engineering, I eventually returned to construction to serve the families we work with today.

The ROHO name (short for "rocking horse") carries the spirit of those early days up north with my grandfather. A handcrafted rocking horse he built for my brothers and I as children is more than just the namesake of the business. It's the daily reminder that the projects we build are not just materials and floor plans - they're spaces where families grow and memories are made.

Today, we pair that engineering-level detail with a passion for craftmanship on every project. Our mission is simple, but our work is full of purpose: build with intention so your home becomes the space where your story unfolds.

The initial consultation allows us to understand your vision, priorities, lifestyle. Fill out our online form or contact us via phone or email and we will set up a time to chat. After the consultation, we will schedule a walkthrough and provide an initial proposal within a few days.
Pre-Construction lays the strategic foundation for success. By planning thoroughly up front, we minimize surprises, delays, and frustrations later on. During this phase, we review your design, refine the budget, and create a detailed schedule. Together with our partners, we align every aspect of the project with your lifestyle—so you enter construction with clarity and confidence.
